Item system.cpu.util become unsuported on windows 2003 and 2008 servers

      Item system.cpu.util[,system,avg1] works fine on certain windows 2003 servers while on a few other windows 2003 server it became unsupported.

      Issue is already reported by other users in zabbix forum (http://www.zabbix.com/forum/showthread.php?t=23203)
