trigger prototype duplicates on discovered server

      When discovering a new mountpoint the prototypes are automaticaly created as items.
      Triggers are also created but not only once... That results in more than one message when the trigger is matched.
      I've included the template. The disk free% trigger was for one host implemented four times!
