After some hours running I get tons of following message in zabbix_server.log:
9523:20120725:105454.727 [Z3005] query failed: [0] cannot rollback - no transaction is active [rollback;]

Zabbix dashboard shows all agents unavailable when it occurs. zabbix_server restart fixes the issue for few more hours.
