Portuguese characters are incorrectly displayed in the web front-end but correct in the MySQL database

      If some items with portuguese or accentuated characters are inside the database as item keys, they are incorrectly displayed in the web front-end.

      A character like " รง " will be displayed as an interrogation point inside a square.
