Zabbix agent executes remote commands without timeouts by system.run[,nowait] key.
But zabbix server executes remote command with with timout from TrapperTimeout from zabbix_server.conf file.

Please lead to the same species and document behavior and used items for actions with remote commands on server and agent sides.
