https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBXNEXT-829 added "server down" notification, but http://www.zabbix.com/documentation/2.0/manual/web_interface/frontend_sections/administration/general knows nothing about that.

a) first two screenshots should be updated
b) params table should list the new param
c) there should be a visible note that this param was added in 2.0.1. it should be separate and also in the table cell in (b)
