extra misleading error when zabbix database is not available

      Try to point zabbix frontend to wrong db name or to not available db server.
      Top of the "Zabbix is temporarily unavailable!" page you will see an error:

      Constant ZBX_PAGE_NO_MENU already defined [warning.php:29]
