MACRO for {ITEM.NAME1} is not working for notification

      I have upgrade to Zabbix 2.0.3rc2 to fix a problem on cloning template but now have found this problem, when an action linked to a trigger is started the MACRO

      {ITEM.NAME1}

      is not translated to the name of the trigger but report the Index number.
