When I tried remove a few groups from Settings->Hosts Groups page I got the next error:
Group "<the_first_group_from_list>" cannot be deleted, because some hosts depend on it.

But that does not truth, all groups empty, though the third group is internal.

When I changed Discovery group I was able to remove that group list.
