Go to Monitoring > Events, undefined index appears

This is caused if some trigger is stored in favorites table and deleted afterwards.

Toms, what I'd like to note is that this kind of description is unacceptable. There is nothing mentioned on how to reproduce the issue.

<richlv> first comment has something, but it also could be a bit better

Toms at that point I hadn't any more information. This is straight forward: go there and there is the problem!
