How to modify SNMP value which describe HDD name?

      Hi,team!
      In owerview screen I see many HDD, each of them has own serial number - in thats why I see not only "Drive C, Drive D, Drive E" triggers - I see trigger for each serial number described HDD in each server. it's excess information. how to modify names of HDD and let me see only group of disks C,D,E without separation.
