At the doc page is not described (and causes misunderstanding) what will happen if an action contains escalation steps + some conditions:

(1) there is a "Time period" condition in an action and 2nd+ operation steps should be performed outside of the "Time period".
Operations will be performed, because "Time period" related to action only. I've checked it.

(2) Also the same related to "Maintenance status" condition.
Need to check and describe in the same style as for (1)
