"configure" output for proxy does not show whether web monitoring is included or not - it should be since 2.0 (same as for server).

for server it says "WEB Monitoring via", which seems to be confusing, as only curl can be used - so probably it should be changed to "Web" and status should be just "yes/no". and moved in with other things like snmp, ssh, ipmi
