allowed symbols for global regular expression (administration -> general -> regular expressions) names are not documented

apparently names may include spaces and even @ (which is used to reference the expressions).

for example, "@regexpname @regexpname" is a valid name, and has to be referenced as "@@regexpname @regexpname"
