if discovery uniqueness is not set to ip but snmp oid value or agent item, zabbix will add another interface for other ip addresses found with the same string even if such a host exists already.

for example, if uniqueness condition was set to ip first, several hosts were created, and uniqueness criteria was set to agent item - additional interfaces will be added to the first discovered ip, ignoring other existing hosts with these ip addresses
