Error when building trunk from svn checkout on Ubuntu

      trunk checked out on Thur 24th Jan 2013.

      Building fails when checking out trunk and building in the same directory. Procedure is:

      1. run ./bootstrap.sh
      2. run ./configure

      I do not get past step 2.

      Attaching stdout output (zabbix_error_procedure.txt) as well as some other helpful files.
