docs not saying that all events must be acked for trigger to be acked in monitoring -> triggers

      in monitoring -> triggers, a trigger is considered to be acknowledged if all events for it are acknowledged. this should be documented.

      probably in https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/2.2/manual/web_interface/frontend_sections/monitoring/triggers and other relevant pages for other versions
