Server hangs. Queue grows. Sometimes i have to restart server and sometimes it 'unhang' itself.

      I'm very upset with this problem. The most worse - I even don't know, how to catch that bug.

      When trouble occurs i check logs - there is no ORA-XXXXX errors (only when i restart server twice in one time), what information should i search for ?
      what info should i provide to you ?

      Oracle BD is healthy 99%, cause other application, which works with the same instance do well.
