1. If you go to the list of trigger prototypes, click on "Profile", submit the form you will be redirected to the list, but the host navigation panel will be missing.
2. If you do the same from the graph prototype list, you will be redirected to the list of normal graphs.

Probably the "parent_discoveryid" request parameter is missing.
