When I create a host and go to add a template it will not commit/save config. I get the following errors:

*Error in query [INSERT INTO applications (applicationid,hostid,name,templateid) VALUES ('719','10131','Filesystems','5')] [The table 'applications' is full]
*SQL statement execution has failed "INSERT INTO applications (applicationid,hostid,name,templateid) VALUES ('719','10131','Filesystems','5')".

This was all working up until yesterday. Forgive me as I am very new to Zabbix and have only been working with it for about a weeks time. See screen shot attached. Please, any ideas as to what it is wrong. Nothing has changed ( as far as I know). Thanks!
