If we delete a media type, all of it's alerts will have the mediatypeid field set to NULL. Then, when viewing the notifications report for all media types, they will be counted as an "extra" media type, that doesn't actually exist, and displayed in the report as an additional number after the slash.

Such alerts should either be ignored, or we should add some label to clarify what they are in the menu. Something like "Unknown".
