snmp V3 item and unknown user name error

      Hi,
      I try to set snmp V3 item onthe v2.0.5 appliance and I received an error : user unknon
      when I run an snmpget cmd from the zabbix server it works.
      I run an snmp agent on a remote linux server.

      Is there something to enabled on the appliance ?
