[zabbix-1.6.2] proxy tries to send active checks to disabled hosts

      When monitoring of hosts behind proxy is disabled I get this message in proxy logfile:

      10677:20090117:233625 Send list of active checks to [172.27.42.213] failed: host [webp02-wes] not found
      ...

      This repeats over and over. Seems to be an issue with zabbix-1.6.2, I wasnt aware of that in first releases of zabbix-1.6 but am willing to test if you need info.
