1) Simple Map is contain no matter which type of element(actually only image do not have this problem), the most important condition is element should have url(see map_image.png) ON map level and the url should be for type which is denied on map (trigger, host and etc).
2) There is a user with permission ZabbixAdmin and his group have deny permissions to any hosts.(see user_rights.png)
3) That user want to watch Configuration -> Maps, but table is broken.(see map_result.png)
