{ITEM.VALUE} string is not truncated in trigger screen.

In other screen (for example, event, dashboard), expanded {ITEM.VALUE}

screen has only less than 20 characters. If the character is more than 21 characters, the string should be truncated 20 characters and have 3-dot leader (...).
