Screen clock set to "Server time" does not show server time but local time

      Create a clock item on a screen, set it to "Server time". The clock then does not show the server time but local time.

      Server is running in UTC timezone. php.ini timezone is also set to UTC. Browser client is running CET timezone. (UTC+1).
