can't change status using direct links

      try to change state of items or hosts by clicking on direct links in "Status" column - this fails with "ERROR: Invalid URL"

      these links look like http://<ip>/zabbix/hosts.php?hosts%5B%5D=10017&activate=1&config=0&groupid=4
