Upgrade process from 1.8 to 2.0 is very slow for PostgreSQL

      Please look attached procedure for upgrade events table for PostgreSQL database.

      1. Current version upgrade takes about 2-3 days.
      2. With suggested procedure, it takes about 1.5-2 hours.
