DM - Timezone not sent to Central Node

      Currently, working hours setting and maintenance period do not store the timezone they apply too.

      When they are replicated to the central server that is in a different timezone, the central server process them as local time and enables maintenance at wrong time plus wrong working hours are displayed on graphics.
