Some national characters are not displayed properly

      Red Hat 6.4, Zabbix server installed from package

      Some national characters are not displayed properly. For example in graph string is displayed as "Rýchlos? s?ahovania pre ..." but string is translated as "Rýchlos? s?ahovania pre ..." Translation https://www.zabbix.org/pootle/sk/Zabbix-2.0/translate.html?unit=137999. I see problems with slovak characters ? and ?.
