      1) Open a template host
      2) Create a graph (or open an existing one)
      3) Add a new item to the graph - the template name is not added to item name (for example: Zabbix busy trapper processes, in %)
      4) Save graph
      5) Open the saved graph - the template name is added to item name (for example: Template App Zabbix Server: Zabbix busy trapper processes, in %)
