Bug in Ubuntu 12 LTS Installer

      Hi, I just installed Zabbix proxy on Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS.
      There is a bug in installer:
      it creates MySQL DB with name "zabbix", thats correct, but in zabbix_proxy.conf there is DB name specified as:
      DBName=zabbix_proxy

      so after installation proxy doesnt work.

      After correcting this line proxy works ok.
