update "welcome to zabbix setup" screen for 2.2 version

      When installing frontend for the current pre-2.2 trunk, it welcomes us to Zabbix 2.0 setup (see welcome.png).

      It should welcome us to Zabbix 2.2 setup instead. Perhaps, the style should also be redesigned a bit to signify a new major release.
