In monitoring dashboard move first widget (for example "Status of Zabbix") to third column. Then move another widget (for example "Host status") in third column below the first one. It's not possible. There is no dotted line placeholder and element will snap back to second column. But what does work is to move the widget over the first element in that third column and then move it below.
