In Monitoring > IT Services after clicking a service there is a table with columns "Ok", "Problems" and "Downtime". Those columns display days, hours and minutes. There is no need to display zeros. For example "7d 0h 0m" can be changed to simply "7d". And instead of "0d 0h 0m" a simple dash "-" would be sufficient.
