Log in as admin (a non superadmin user) user who has rights to "Configuration" section. Go to "Discovery" and click "Created discover rule". Add information and after success, there is a message "Discovery rule created". But the list is empty. You can see that discovery rule was added in database when logged in as superadmin.
(Possibly this issue is duplicated somewhere else)
