Go to "Latest data", select "Show details" and view a host with discovered items. Click on a link of one of the discovered items, observe "ERROR: No permissions to referred object or it does not exist!".

Since ZBXNEXT-821 is yet to be done, item keys for discovered items should probably be plain text for now, not links.
