create a new global regexp. enter name, click on add. write a very long and complicated regexp. don't click on the second add, click on save. your regexp is lost.

in general, this double "add" functionality is weird. we should just show the input form and "add" should just add them, there should be no need for that first "add" click. "cancel" should be changed to "clear" or so.
of course, entering data and clicking on 'save' may not lose the entered data anyway. if those fields are filled in, we should throw a warning at user and make them do something about it.
