when I start export to xml template I see this <date>2013-11-19T07:49:40Z</date> in date tag,

1) also when go to wiki that read about ISO 8601 format, I see that long data format must be YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss±hhmm - 2005-08-09T18:31:42+0330
2) from php function referense for formatting our data to ISO 8601 we need build this function data() with next parameters Y-m-d\TH:i:sO -> 2013-11-19T12:35:13+0400

3) Z from your export, that is this? BUG or NOT?
