currently audit log entries are quite vague.
first, description often says something like "Checksum of $1" - these macros should be expanded so that audit log entries are just like item descriptions in item view.

second, there is no information which host has the edited entity assigned (like item). it's especially weird when you edit some item on a template that has hosts linked to - it looks like redundant entries.

i'm not sure how to resolve second issue best - maybe showing "<hostname> / <description>" in description column ?

might also be useful to show "<hostgroup> / <hostname>" for host editing.
