Cannot open items.php page without a "sid" variable in URL

      Cannot open the items.php page without a "sid" variable in URL. Other configuration pages works fine without it.

      items.php?filter_set=1&hostid=10084

      ERROR: Zabbix has received an incorrect request.
      Operation cannot be performed due to unauthorized request.
