proc.num key sometimes get a value +1 on Linux and AIX environment.

Currently Zabbix agent read all directories under /proc filesystem, but there are non process related directories. It's hard to reproduce this but seems agent reads unnecessary dir and count +1.

It's better to read only numerical directories under /proc.
