1. Create a host with a different technical name and visible name.
2. Create an LLD rule with an item prototype.
3. Open the trigger prototype configuration form, open the item prototype selection pop up and pick an item prototype. When the item is added to the pop up, it will first be displayed with a visible host name, but then switched to technical name.

We'll also need to make sure that this problem does not appear anywhere else.
