create a new host with cpu load item & trigger. go to monitoring -> triggers. notice that even if the first value that arrives is below the trigger threshold, a blinking 'ok' trigger is still shown, as if there was a change.
adding new hosts or linking them to new templates makes trigger status page unusable.

should not be like that.

there might be a similar issue about behaviour older versions, but i can't find it at this time
