Since Zabbix 2.2.0 new macro come in Graph Name :

{host:key.func(param)}

.

I use this new macro with LLD snmp and all my graphs have good name in "monitoring" => "Graphs" => Graph name.
My graph name in dicovery is : {{HOST.HOST}:ifDescr[

{#SNMPINDEX}].last(0)} - {{HOST.HOST}:ifAlias[{#SNMPINDEX}

].last(0)}

But, when i add a new graph (ressource Graph) in screens, this name is : UNKNOWN - UNKNOWN
