zabbix server/proxy packages do not follow rhel packaging guidelines

      Could it be that ZBX-7537 is closed to fast? I do also have this problem and as described in ZBX-7537 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1032691 say that this is not an SELinux problem.
