Can not discover hypervisors over 100

      Zabbix 2.2.1, vCenter 5.0 u3

      Zabbix server can not discover hypervisors over 100.
      Because vCenter always returns only 100 hypervisors with "RetrievePropertiesEx", if we have more hypervisors.

      If returned xml includes "token", zabbix server should request "ContinueRetrievePropertiesEx" to retrieve additional hypervisors.
