Database upgrade fails when upgrading from Ubuntu packages: Zabbix-server-mysql 2.0.x to 2.2.1

      When you are upgrading from 2.0.10 to 2.2 (ubuntu packages) and start your zabbix-server you'll get:
      "[Z3005] query failed: [1091] Can't DROP 'value_changed'; check that column/key exists [alter table events drop column value_changed]" and database upgrade fails.
      Resolution: needed to create manually missing column so it can be dropped.
