have two proxies and host with snmp. create discovery rule for each proxy to discover this host, create action to add it. in the discovery rules, set uniqueness criteria to snmp.

even though uniqueness criteria is not set to ip, separate hosts are created. expected behaviour would be to create separate hosts only with uniqueness criteria set to ip.

this probably comes from ZBXNEXT-1267 not having proper specification
