a) if operation "link to template is used", operation "add host" is optional - host would be added anyway. we should document which exact operations would also add the host

b) discovered hosts seem to be added in "discovered hosts" (as chosen in administration -> general) group in most cases - we should document in which cases that is done and when that is not done (or how that could be prevented)
